Role Overview

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role
supporting sales, marketing, website management, and operations. You will work closely with ownership and the sales team to keep product information updated, support key accounts, assist at trade shows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Update website product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)

· Support sales reps with product
images, pricing sheets, and presentations

· Answer inbound customer calls
and emails

· Create and update PowerPoint
presentations and PDF marketing materials

· Work on key account bookings
using Excel spreadsheets

· Enter and maintain accurate
product data

· Assist with showroom setup and
merchandising

· Support at trade shows (order
taking, organization, customer engagement)

Requirements

· Full-time availability

· Valid driver’s license (must be
able to travel to showroom and trade shows)

· Strong proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint, and PDF editing software

· Highly comfortable navigating
multiple apps and web-based platforms

· Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and thrive
in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

· Experience with QuickBooks

· Light graphic design experience
(Canva or Adobe)

· Experience in wholesale,
retail, or trade show environments

Compensation

Salary Range: $58,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced,
dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team full-time. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean organization, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-run warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and inspect incoming
shipments

· Verify quantities and check for
damaged goods

· Pick and pack customer orders
accurately and efficiently

· Label and prepare shipments for
courier pickup

· Maintain organized SKU
placement and warehouse layout

· Assist with inventory
organization and stock replenishment

· Maintain cleanliness and safety
standards in the warehouse

Requirements

· Full-time availability

· Minimum 1–2 years warehouse
experience required

· Strong attention to detail
(accuracy is critical)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment

· Physically capable of lifting
and moving boxes

· Strong organizational skills

· Reliable and punctual

· Comfortable working
independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
